Email Design

Working with Customer Marketing expert Kate Hammond (Sunbeam Marketing) we delivered a Klaviyo-based master template for Diem Scents. This applies a best practice formula and the brand’s identity in a series of modules that allow the team to build ongoing email campaigns. This also provides a basis for building the new automation flows.

We also helped to create animated assets for automated email flows inviting customer to purchase a full-size fragrance having received a sample, as well as a moodboard illustrating the notes of each scent.
