PREPARING FOR LAUNCH
-
TEASERS & COUNTDOWNS
Before launching your new designs, prime your audience! Hint and tease that something is coming. This will generate excitement about what is to come. Tell that that you’ve been in the design process and everything will be revealed soon. Give a launch date and ask them to share or interact with your marketing or share a countdown until the reveal.
-
LAUNCHING
Consider launch day. Is it possible to hold a launch party on social media with hourly giveaways or discounts to celebrate your launch? Is there some way of including your audience in the launch? Can you encourage sign-ups to your email database in order for this list to get a special preview?
-
ADD VALUE
Alongside your launch are you able to add extra value to your audience interacting with you in the build-up? Consider releasing some free content or tools along with your launch; this will also encourage your followers to follow you and sign up for your email list.
-
IMAGERY
Having new brand imagery created by a professional, can elevate your launch. Hopefully these images have been included in your design work, but additional headshots or products shots can be used to support the launch.
-
STAY ON BRAND
Refer back to your branding guidelines for colours and fonts for any launch artwork. Consistency is key especially when building a brand.
